MCS creating decorative cookies for all of the tri-state area (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland). Please allow at least a weeks notice for all custom decorative cookie orders. However, during peak seasons please allow more notice. Rush fees are added for less notice. Additionally, when ordering please be prepared with a head count, theme, design and any pictures or invitations to be used for inspiration.
