PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! Allow at least a weeks notice for all orders. However, during peak seasons please allow more notice. Rush orders MAY result in an extra “rush fee” which may vary in price according to the order.

Late Pick-ups

Next, All late pick-ups will be charged a $5 late fee for every 15 minutes the pick up is late!!! This fee may be waived if proper communication is given to Moon Child Sweets, but is at our discretion. We don’t want to waste your time; so please don’t waste ours!!!

50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Finally, All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee! This retainer fee is to be paid when placing your order and all details are confirmed. This retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE!!! Please make sure that your order is exactly how you want it before confirming and paying your retainer fee. The balance is due per your invoice. The retainer fee will always 50% of the total balance!
